Motivate Essential Oil Blend is a blend of citrus and mint essential oils, selected specifically to promote feelings of confidence, optimism, and determination. It’s one that gets diffused in my office virtually every time I’m trying to get some blog work done, simply because it helps keep me motivated (see what I did there?) to get the post done! Motivate is comprised of peppermint, clementine, coriander, basil, yuzu, melissa, rosemary, and vanilla bean. Despite the herb-y ingredients, it’s a very fresh, citrusy scent. This essential oil blend is available in both a 5 mL bottle or a 10 mL Motivate Touch Roll-on which is pre-diluted and perfect for keeping in a diaper bag or briefcase.
I love to diffuse this one in the kitchen while my kiddos are having breakfast, especially on a big day for my eldest– whether that be because of a test or some social interaction that might have him feeling a little self-conscious. It’s also great for me before I teach a doTERRA essential oils class or go to meet a new group of women (which used to happen a LOT since we moved so much!).
If you’d like to purchase this oil at retail cost, you may do so here. However, if you’d like to purchase them at wholesale cost (think Costco or Sam’s!), check out this post about how to get a membership to pay 25% LESS than you would otherwise!

The doTERRA Difference
I recommend only one brand of essential oils: doTERRA essential oils. Please, please don’t use these tips and tricks with any other brand (it’s not safe, nor will you get the benefits that you will from these).
Because there isn’t regulation in the essential oil market, you need to do your research. After doing mine, I chose doTERRA essential oils for our family. To find out why, check out my blog post about Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade essential oils.
